55ee may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time, especially before the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, and a valid passport. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
The Member is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account, including bets, deposits, and withdrawals. 55ee strongly recommends using a unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure account access.
55ee will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password right away and contact the support team.
Your account balance is made up of real-money balance (from deposits and winnings) and bonus balance (promotional credits subject to rollover). The real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time, provided identity verification requirements have been met. The bonus balance can only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 55ee may apply a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 to the balance of inactive accounts following advance notice to the registered email. The balance will never be zeroed solely due to inactivity — only the maintenance fee is deducted while a balance remains.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in the name of the 55ee account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be refunded to the original sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
55ee fully complies with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. Funds deposited on the platform must come from a lawful and verifiable source. 55ee may request supporting documentation proving the origin of funds at any time, particularly for large deposits.
If a deposit confirmed by your bank or digital wallet does not appear in your 55ee balance within 30 minutes, the Member must contact support with proof of the transaction. 55ee will review the case and credit the amount within 24 hours of confirmation from the issuing bank.
Withdrawals at 55ee are processed through the following methods:
The first withdrawal from any account requires completion of the identity verification (KYC) process. The Member must submit a photo of their CPF and an official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport). Verification is processed within 2 business hours on working days. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals are released automatically with no further verification required.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered in the name of the 55ee account holder — that is, matching the CPF on file with the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
When there is an outstanding bonus balance subject to rollover, only the real-money balance — that is, the difference between the total balance and the bonus balance still subject to rollover — is available for immediate withdrawal. The bonus balance and any winnings generated by it only become withdrawable once all applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.
Fees: 55ee does not charge any withdrawal fees on any available method. Any bank charges levied by the Member's financial institution are the sole responsibility of that institution, not 55ee.
All bonuses, promotional credits, and special offers made available by 55ee are subject to specific terms and conditions published on each promotion's page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses include:
55ee monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedge betting across different accounts to meet rollover requirements without real risk, using third-party accounts to duplicate bonus eligibility, and creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim welcome offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their credits cancelled and may be closed.
The 55ee welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who have not previously created an account on the platform. It is granted once per CPF, residential address, mobile number, IP address, and device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once by any means is treated as bonus abuse.
Boosted odds and special promotions — such as those launched during the Copa do Brasil, Brasileirão, and other major tournaments — have their own terms published on the promotion page, including maximum winnings per user and expiry deadlines. 55ee reserves the right to end promotions at any time without prior notice.
Bets placed at 55ee are final once confirmed by the system. Members must review all details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in the specific cases provided for in these Terms or in an official platform notice.
In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds (also referred to as a "mispriced market"), 55ee reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, regardless of the event outcome. The staked amount will be fully refunded to the account balance. 55ee is not obligated to honor winnings arising from technical pricing errors.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded. If an event is postponed and rescheduled, bets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise indicated on the bet slip. For combination bets (multiples), the cancelled event's market is removed and the slip continues with the remaining markets at a recalculated odds value.
Live betting is subject to broadcast delays. 55ee is not liable for bets placed based on information that no longer reflects the actual state of play. The system may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments — such as goals, red cards, or penalties — to recalibrate odds.
Cash out allows the Member to redeem part of a bet's value before the final result. The cash out amount is calculated by the system based on the current state of the event and may be lower or higher than the original stake. Cash out may not be available for all events or at all points during a match. 55ee reserves the right to suspend cash out at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct, among others, is strictly prohibited on the 55ee platform:
Consequences: Any identified prohibited conduct may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, freezing of balances for investigation, reporting to competent authorities, and a permanent ban on new registrations using the offending holder's details.
Members may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any pending real-money withdrawals will be processed. Bonus balances with unmet rollover requirements will be cancelled at the time of closure.

If an account is closed due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, the account balance is held pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the real-money balance is returned to the account holder. Bonus balances are not returned under any circumstances following closure.
